TK Elevator is looking for a visionary Marketing Director to lead customer-centric marketing initiatives that strengthen our market position and accelerate growth across the Americas. This is a high-impact role for a bold, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll shape and execute integrated marketing strategies while cultivating a team of innovative marketers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Design and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that drives awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth across New Installation, Modernization, and Service business lines.
- Champion a modern marketing approach—blending storytelling, performance marketing, and customer experience to fuel the sales funnel and strengthen loyalty.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Engineering, Customer Care, and Communications to align marketing programs with business priorities and customer needs.
Brand and Content Stewardship
- Elevate and protect the TK Elevator brand—ensuring consistency, authenticity, and impact across all touchpoints.
- Guide go-to-market strategies for key product and service launches, tailored to regional and customer-specific needs.
- Align external messaging with the company’s purpose and vision in partnership with the Communications team.
Digital and Traditional Marketing Execution
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital (web, SEO/SEM, paid media, email) and traditional (events, tradeshows, sponsorships) channels.
- Leverage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to optimize lead generation, nurture journeys and conversion.
- Manage agency partners and external vendors to deliver results on time and on brand.
Team Leadership and Development
- Build and inspire a high-performing team of marketers, instilling a culture of accountability, agility and continuous learning.
- Set clear goals, develop talent and foster collaboration across business units.
Performance and Budget Management
- Own the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation for maximum ROI.
- Track and report key performance metrics and insights to senior leadership—translating data into strategic recommendations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM and automation platforms.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans across channels.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in data-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience in B2B or industrial sectors preferred.
- 10+ years in marketing
- Demonstrated success in sales support, customer experience engagement, and brand management.
- Experience leading creative teams, setting strategic plans aligned with the organization’s priorities, and collaborating cross-functionality.
