What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate workflow by surveying and preparing job sites; scheduling crews; overseeing work execution and schedules; supervising employees; and ensuring all assigned Modernization, NI, and Repair projects are completed on time.
  • Prepare and manage service schedules, ensure timely work completion, and monitor compliance with company standards and requirements.
  • Assist in bid preparation, including gathering project information and supporting cost and scope development.
  • Meet with owners, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate job schedules, site access, work performed by others, deliveries, and overall project sequencing; document agreements and commitments.
  • Complete handover of new units in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Promote and uphold customer service standards, ensuring all employees remain focused on consistent service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage expenditures for materials, field labor, TK, and vendor-supplied services and components, as well as local job-related expenses.
  • Actively participate in field education and safety training to maintain compliance and promote a safe, knowledgeable workforce.
  • Assist in preparing new equipment bid estimates by reviewing project plans and applying experience to maximize installation efficiency.
  • Participate in supervisory training and professional development to enhance leadership skills and management effectiveness.

What do you bring:

  •  High School diploma or GED; associate’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience within a relevant industry
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand industry standards and field operations, specifically maintenance, modernization, and repair of technical systems.
  • Proven aptitude with essential business software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical documentation specifications, with strong mechanical and electrical comprehension skills.
  • Experience in people management, including the ability to lead, inspire, trust, and gain commitment from a diverse team.
  • Excellent customer service, project management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Experience engaging with employers, customers, and stakeholders at all levels (internally and externally).
  • Knowledge of the elevator industry with field experience in elevator maintenance, modernization, or repair is considered an asset.
  • Valid driver's license.
