JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company

Prepare the Monthly Preventive Maintenance schedule
-
Send Monthly Preventive Maintenance schedule to team leader a week before
-
Weekly monitoring of the Preventive Maintenance schedule of all equipment to ensure 100% completion of the schedule for the month.

Random audits on the equipment to analyse Quality of preventive maintenance
-
Analysing the Preventive Maintenance reports on daily basis.
-
Review Team Leader’s Daily Report
-
Evaluate and develop training plans for Technicians.
-
Communicate and Follow Up with Client for Property Damages Paid Repair Claims
-
Set the agenda and Lead PM committee meetings
-
Attend Client meetings to escalate Operational support issues and to provide/execute client’s contractual requirement.
-
Prepare Presentations demanded by client.
-
Conduct 10 RULES Audit
-
Monitor Corrective Maintenance, Break downs and Repair Activities
-
Schedule Trouble shooter’s Roster
-
Review Trouble Shooter’s Daily Report
-
Analysing the Breakdown reports on daily basis
-
Support Trouble shooters on Various Technical & Non-Technical grounds.

Request Planned Corrective Maintenance Shutdown
-
Communicate and follow up with client for various operational support requirements.
-
Monitor Spare Parts consumption.
-
Estimate spare parts requirement
-
Identify alternate spares to reduce the Spare Cost.
-
Prepare Spare parts consumption report for client and discuss with client on Pro-Active Analysis meetings.
-
Review Method Statements and make necessary changes that demands on HSE ground.
-
Prepare, Review and Revise SOP’s (Safe Operating Procedures).
-
Analyse Break downs and prepare action plans to reduce break downs.
-
Co-Ordinate with other stake holders for various service support.
Required Qualifications:
-
Education/Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical)
-
Min. of 1 years’ experience in the field of site engineering
-
Knowledge/skills:
-
Ability to operate a variety of specialized measuring and monitoring equipment and computer-based software programs.
-
Ability to carry out assigned projects to their completion with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently with a multitude of tasks.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form.
-
Ability to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, and external entities each of which require cooperative efforts on both sides
