What you will be doing:

  • Facilitate ongoing communication between departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to gather information and relay it as required.
  • Act as a central point of contact for clients and field personnel with respect to scheduling of the work.
  • Maintain accurate records of operational activities, contracts, training, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements in company systems.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and work orders as required in both Field Complete and SharePoint Folders.
  • Generate reports for supervisors and management to support informed decision-making.
  • Identify and implement operational processes and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement process enhancements and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns related to operations.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Strive to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize software tools and systems to track and manage operations.
  • Stay updated on industry-specific technology trends and tools.
  • Implement and monitor environmental sustainability initiatives within operations.
  • Manage TSBC design registrations, permit applications, and regulatory compliance requirements for New Installation and Service/Modernization projects.
  • Support contract administration and management, including tracking project deliverables, documentation, and customer requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between field operations, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
  • Coordinate field workforce planning, scheduling, operational support, safety documentation, training records, certifications, and compliance reporting to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Related duties that may be assigned as necessary

What do you bring:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative environment
  • Organizational skills, multitasking abilities, drive, and capacity to work in a fast- paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
  • Demonstrate understanding of project phases: tenders, contracts, conception, procurements, delivery
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
